We deserve better local roads in our community.
Our roads are in a state of disrepair under Labor. $27.9 billion worth of infrastructure projects have been cancelled, cut or delayed by the Albanese Labor Government – including funding secured by the former Liberal Government to seal dirt roads across our community.
I’ve been calling on the Albanese Labor Government to reinstate this funding to seal local dirt roads and end the days of dust, potholes and dangerous driving conditions.
Our strong community campaign saved the Maroondah Highway and Killara Road, as well as the Montrose Roundabout upgrade and the Canterbury Road upgrade from Labor’s cuts.
I won’t stop fighting for increased investment in our local road network. We simply can’t risk another three years of Labor’s neglect.
